Kneipp water therapy

Inside Wellness center Kneipp pool is used as an excellent therapy for better circulation in the legs and the whole body. Therapy is reflected in alternately walk through hot (38 degrees C) and cold (15 degrees C) water, and that is two times trough hot and once trough cold water. The recommendation is to go 2-3 rounds trough your stay in Kneipp.

Finnish sauna

Finnish sauna has a beneficial effect on human body. A temperature of 90 degrees Celsius stimulates perspiration and discharge toxins from the body, speeds metabolism and that way increases organism resistance. Recommended time spent in sauna is 10-15 min. After time spent in sauna, the whole ritual is completed with the cold shower, and then relax on tepidarium.

Tepidariums – heated benches

Turkish bath – steam sauna

Salarium - Salt room
